Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all event-management services provided by AONE EVENTS. By confirming a booking, making an advance payment or signing a proposal, the client agrees to these terms.
1. Services
AONE EVENTS provides event planning, decoration, vendor coordination, photography, entertainment, hospitality and related event-management services.
The exact scope of work will be specified in the approved proposal, quotation, package or written agreement.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the event scope and price have been approved and the agreed advance payment has been received.
An enquiry, verbal discussion or proposal does not reserve an event date unless written confirmation is provided by AONE EVENTS.
3. Payment Schedule
✓ 50% at the time of booking confirmation
✓ 30% at least 15 days before the event
✓ Remaining 20% at least 3 days before the event
Different payment terms may apply if specified in the approved proposal. Delayed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
4. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are based on the approved scope, event date, venue, guest count and selected services.
Applicable GST and statutory charges are additional unless expressly included in the written quotation.
Additional services or changes requested after confirmation will be quoted and charged separately.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate event details, venue information, guest count, permissions and requirements within the agreed timeline.
The client is responsible for obtaining venue approvals, licences and permissions unless these services are specifically included in the proposal.
Delays caused by incomplete information or unavailable approvals may affect delivery and do not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
6. Event Changes
Changes to the event date, venue, guest count, theme or services must be submitted in writing.
Changes are subject to vendor availability and may result in additional charges or revised delivery timelines.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the date the cancellation request is received.
Third-party vendor, artist or venue payments already made on the client’s behalf may be non-refundable.

8. Third-Party Vendors
AONE EVENTS may engage venues, caterers, photographers, artists, decorators and other third-party service providers.
We will coordinate these vendors professionally but are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Force Majeure
AONE EVENTS will not be liable for delays or inability to perform caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, severe weather or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, the parties will agree to reschedule the event or adjust the services. Unrecoverable third-party costs may be deducted.
10. Damage and Safety
The client is responsible for damage caused by guests to rented equipment, decoration, venue property or vendor materials.
AONE EVENTS may stop any activity that is unsafe, unlawful or creates a risk to guests, staff, vendors or property.
11. Photography and Promotion
Event photographs or videos may be used in our portfolio, website or social media only where appropriate permission has been obtained.
Clients may request in writing that their event content not be used for promotional purposes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AONE EVENTS’ total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service.
AONE EVENTS will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits or circumstances caused by the client, venue, guests or third parties.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rewari, Haryana.
